Real Estate and Lending Disclosure
Rebate Program
The Rebate Program is offered to those people who use our website, and one
of our recommended realtors and lenders, throughout the process of
selling/buying a home to final settlement. The program is available in most
states, but cannot be guaranteed, and is void where prohibited by law.
Certain States and Loan Programs do not allow for the cash rebate program.
Our Rebate Program is not to be used in conjunction with another
company's rebate, relocation, and/or referral program.The amounts
offered to you are based upon the fees received by Price-My-House.com. The
fees represented are based on one side of a typical sale and a typical
commission rate of 3%, if there is a different fee commission paid, other
than what was reflected, and any other fees that are to be paid to you, all
will be reflected on your disbursement letter from us prior to closing. This
letter will be sent to you before closing and those fees will be stated on
your closing statement. We will need a signature from you on this
disbursement letter, prior to closing, in order for you to receive this
rebate. We cannot disburse any cash or rebates after the close of escrow.
This rebate program is not available for sales under $100,000. There may be
tax consequences to receiving our rebate, so we advise for you to consult
with your tax advisor prior to accepting our rebate. We are not a mortgage
broker. We do not make mortgage loans. We cannot guarantee acceptance into
any particular loan program.
Although we will do our best for you to receive your rebate, at this time
the rebate program is not available in the following states: Arkansas,
Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma, and West
Virginia. Where it is questionable is Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, Oregon, Rhode

take advantage of our rebate program, we would gladly welcome you to
participate in our network services and other great benefits!!

Summary of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Regulation X)
The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), is designed to
ensure that consumers are provided with timely and accurate information
regarding the nature and costs associated with residential real estate
transactions. The other primary purpose of RESPA is to prohibit abusive
practices such as kickbacks, referral fees, and excessive escrow
requirements which might add to the cost of settlement. RESPA applies to all
"federally related mortgage loans," which includes any loan made by a
federally insured financial institution secured by a first or subordinate
lien on residential real property (including a refinance of such a loan)
upon which there is located or placed a structure designed for one to four
family occupancy (including individual units of condominiums or
cooperatives).
Other areas covered by RESPA:
* Good Faith Estimate (a suggested format as set forth in Appendix C of
Regulation X)
* Loan Origination Manuals
* Mortgage Broker Agreement
* Affiliated Business Arrangement
* A HUD-1 or HUD-1A (if no seller involved) Settlement Statement must be
used in every settlement involving a federally-related mortgage loan,
itemizing all charges imposed on borrower and seller by the lender.
* Borrower must be permitted to inspect the completed HUD-1 or HUD-1A one
day prior to closing.
